We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Production Trainer to join our team. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing production staff.

Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Monitor and assess the performance of trainees, providing constructive feedback and support.

Collaborate with management to identify training needs and areas for improvement.

Maintain training materials and documentation to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.

Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages employee participation.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.

Qualifications Proven experience in a training role, within a production or manufacturing environment.

Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel3 plus years of manufacturing experience

Good communication skills(Preferred) Yellow or Green Belt in Six Sigma Strong understanding of production processes and safety protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.

Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored training programs.```You should be proficient in:

Leadership / People Management Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Production Optimization Mechanical Assembly Skills Workplace Safety & EHS Management Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
