1st 6:00 am-4:45 pm and 2nd 5 pm-3:30 am

Framing Assemblers to work at a growing and successful insulated panel system manufacturer in Piney Flats, TN. The Framing Assembler will be responsible for handling and assembly of material. Possible areas one could work in as a framing assembler include door shop, frame skin, panel finish, and foam based on need, skills, and assignment.

Experience Requirements
  • Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
  • Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Steel or composite toed shoes required
  • Ability to read tape measure @ 1/16” scale
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Framing Assembler.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
