• Adhere to all MSHA regulatory and company standards
• Demonstrate a Safety-First mindset; leading the way to a safe work environment
• Promote and assist in maintaining a positive work culture
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities

• 6 months to 1 year underground hard rock mining experience
• Experience with utilities, haul truck, rail, dispatch and grader
• Work Monday - Friday 10 Hour Shifts
