Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 3+ months of sewing or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires close attention to detail and visual focus.
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and sew product components.
- Sew cut pieces to form finished covers, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
- Understand material properties, including stretch and behavior during sewing.
- Determine efficient sewing sequences to optimize production flow.
- Maintain product quality throughout the production process.
- Read and follow process sheets and production instructions.
- Communicate production issues and support timely resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Physical Capabilities
- Regularly required to sit, use hands, and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 40 pounds.
