• Basic communication skills to include reading, speaking, and understanding English.
• Basic math skills will be used to measure and mark garments.
• Must be comfortable using RES to track, correct, and update order information.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to read and understand option codes on Ready Service Worksheets.
• Able to stand for 8 hours and work OT when necessary.
• Sewing/embroidery experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Complete heat seal and vinyl transfer orders to meet shipping deadlines using heat presses.
• Train for various other jobs as needed to help with workflow.
• Rezip cases and retrieve replacement garments as needed.
• Check placements, striping, pockets, and any other additional options on garments.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear Outfitters and is always worth sharing with visitors.

2nd shift: hours are 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required.
