** Salary: $18.00 per hour*
* ** Shift: 6:30am-3pm*

** What's a typical day as Tube Expander? You'll be:*
* + Setting up and operating tube expanding machines to expand copper tubes into coil fin packs per production orders

+ Loading finned coil assemblies, aligning tubes, and adjusting machine settings for optimal expansion

+ Inspecting coils before and after expansion for proper fit and quality

+ Monitoring machine operation for issues and performing basic maintenance

+ Recording production counts, cycle times, and scrap data accurately

+ Assisting with tooling changes, setups, and collaborating with assembly and testing teams

+ Following strict safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, coil drawings, and work instructions (required)

+ Own safety footwear (steel/composite toe required)

+ Possess mechanical aptitude for operating and adjusting machinery

+ Demonstrate strong safety awareness and attention to detail

+ Are physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

+ Have basic measurement skills (calipers, depth gauges, templates)

+ Value teamwork, reliability, and continuous improvement

+ (Preferred) Hold a high school diploma or GED and have 3-6 months of related experience/training
