Salary: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 6:30am-3pm

What's a typical day as Tube Expander? You'll be:
- Setting up and operating tube expanding machines to expand copper tubes into coil fin packs per production orders
- Loading finned coil assemblies, aligning tubes, and adjusting machine settings for optimal expansion
- Inspecting coils before and after expansion for proper fit and quality
- Monitoring machine operation for issues and performing basic maintenance
- Recording production counts, cycle times, and scrap data accurately
- Assisting with tooling changes, setups, and collaborating with assembly and testing teams
- Following strict safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, coil drawings, and work instructions (required)
- Own safety footwear (steel/composite toe required)
- Possess mechanical aptitude for operating and adjusting machinery
- Demonstrate strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Are physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Have basic measurement skills (calipers, depth gauges, templates)
- Value teamwork, reliability, and continuous improvement
- (Preferred) Hold a high school diploma or GED and have 3–6 months of related experience/training
