2nd Shift Production Associate - Shift hours 3:00pm - 11:30pm Mon-Fri
While reporting to the Shift Supervisor, as Production Associate you will be responsible for packing molded parts in a quick and safe manner. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. You must have a proven record of success in a fast-paced environment. You must have the ability to work with various teams and have a good eye to spot defects in the production process.
You will be asked to take pride in your personal hands‑on and analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Retrieve parts from press conveyor or staging area
- Apply secondary components to molded parts
- Pushing carts into/Pulling carts out of Cure Oven as needed
- Download cured parts from oven into approved packing
- Build boxes as needed
- Regrind material as needed
- Build and/or stage all packaging material per Product Specification
- Fill out label and process flow paperwork correctly
- Use pallet jacks to move skids of product
- Engage with Tech when machine is down
- Must keep work area organized & tidy
- Help train new employees when necessary
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Must follow 5S Housekeeping processes
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures
- You will need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Occasional overtime as required to meet customer demands
- Other duties as requested by Supervisor
