Weekend Extruder Operator

• Set up and operation of Extruder / UHF line / Automatic cutter.
• Perform and record measurements of part dimensions and check for aesthetic appearance.
• Read and diagnose errors from machine display.
• Block release of faulty parts and units as instructed.
• Save and load tool data / tool files to the memory system.
• Cut profiles according to print specifications.
• Record inspection data as required.
• Achieve company standard times and scrap levels.
• Ensure proper supply of material to the workplace, including rubber compound material.
• Package semi-finished and finished goods in line with production order and packaging visualization.
• Maintain a safe and clean production area.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Rubber extrusion and vulcanization processes.
• Setting and calibrating machine parameters.
• Reading and understanding technical drawings, calipers, rulers, and metric system.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics, machinery, and equipment.
• Independent and solution-oriented philosophy.

• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with hand coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to read and understand bills of materials, routers, and work instructions.
• Normal or corrected vision necessary to read prints and closely examine parts.
