Challenge Manufacturing is hiring for a Die Setter/Press Operator to support our Z shift at the Kansas City, MO plant. You will set up dies on progressive, secondary and transfer presses and ensure production aligns with JES and engineering specs.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic English fluency, and 1–3 months of related experience. Metal stamping and die setting are preferred with safety and quality policy accountability.
