All-Star Personnel is looking for an Associate 2 in a manufacturing facility in LaVergne, TN. 1st shift - $18.50/hour 2nd shift - $19.00/hour 3rd shift - $23.13/hour

Position Summary:

Responsible for assembling servers on a production line.

Essential Functions:

Assemble servers on a production line. Follow written and verbal instructions to assemble products to specific specifications. Use hand tools and equipment to assemble and fit parts together. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following 5S. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures. Meet goals for production. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous assembly or production experience preferred. Other

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required, hearing protection, etc. Ability to read and interpret written instructions and photos. Ability to use hand tools and equipment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks. Basic math skills. Basic computer knowledge, log-in, open files, etc.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly. Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods. Ability to move about production and warehouse facilities. Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment occasionally.
