Location Rockford, TN Pay $19 per hour Schedule Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime occasionally available on Fridays

Our client, Imaging, is seeking a Floor Assembly Operator to join their Production team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a steady work history who enjoys detailed, hands-on work in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

As a Floor Assembly Operator, you will perform semi-complex assembly tasks that require precision, consistency, and attention to detail. This role involves working with small components and following documented processes to ensure high-quality production.

What You'll Do

• Perform semi-complex assembly work within your area of specialization
• Assemble small crystal components into ceramic compartments by hand
• Follow documented procedures, instructions, and established work practices
• Identify routine manufacturing issues and take appropriate corrective steps
• Assist with resolving day-to-day production challenges
• Perform advanced tasks such as soldering, testing, and rework as trained
• Maintain quality standards while working independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Steady and reliable work history
• Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work seated and remain in the same work area for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable handling small, delicate components
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

Knowledge and Experience

• Basic knowledge of a manufacturing or specialty production area
• Prior experience in assembly, production, or a similar environment is a plus
• Training or experience in soldering, testing, or rework is beneficial
