SCN Best Co is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to lead a 15–25 person team in a GMP pharmaceutical/food制造 environment. You will ensure safety, quality and efficiency, coach staff, and drive adherence to batch records and SOPs.
The role requires strong coaching, communication and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to multi-task across safety, quality and maintenance interfaces during 12-hour nights.
