Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:$18.00/hr. during training, increasing to $19.50/hr. after training
Shift: 6pm-6am after training; will train on 1st shift (6:30am-3pm) for approx. 3 weeks Why you should apply to be Assembly Specialist:- Competitive pay rate of $19.50 per hour

- Assembling coil components (tubes, headers, return bends, distributors, fittings) in preparation for brazing, following work orders and drawings
- Performing manual brazing and soldering operations using oxy-acetylene or induction torch techniques to join copper and aluminum components
- Controlling flame temperature, filler material, and heat time to ensure consistent, leak-free joints
- Preparing, cleaning, and aligning joints prior to brazing; applying proper flux as required
- Inspecting completed brazed joints visually and through pressure/leak tests
- Identifying and repairing leaks or weak joints with proper rework methods
- Maintaining brazing tools and torches, performing daily checks and cleaning
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Handling and staging materials safely, including copper tubing, nitrogen, flux, and gases
- Recording production and quality data accurately in logs or ERP systems
- Complying with all safety procedures related to hot work and pressurized gases
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts in quality, safety, and efficiency
- Assisting in training new brazers or operators as needed
- Reporting equipment malfunctions or material issues to supervisors or maintenance
- Have proven proficiency in oxy-acetylene torch operation and flame control
- Can read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and assembly diagrams
- Possess strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise work
- Are competent with measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and pressure meters
- Can identify defective joints and correct issues promptly
- Understand torch maintenance, gas cylinder handling, and regulator adjustment
- Have a strong focus on quality, consistency, and safety in all tasks
- Are committed to teamwork, cross-training, and continuous improvement
- Can stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for 8+ hours per shift, and lift 20–50 pounds as needed
- (Preferred) Hold a high school diploma or GED and have 3–6 months of relevant experience or training
