• Adhere to all MSHA regulatory andcompany standards
• Must have a Safety-First mindset;leading the way tosafework environment.
• Promote andassistinmaintaininga positive work culture
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
• Ensure cost effective metal recovery from available ore
• Provide detailed reports on variances and quality issues
• Coordinate asset management planning,shutdown sand preventative maintenance
• Budget all projects and monitor costs during implementation
• Maintain cost control and mill budget
• Coordinate performance management and reviews

• Minimum 5years experience in mill operations / maintenance
• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Associate's degree in a related field
• SAP Experience
