The function of the Die Setter is to work safely and efficiently, ensuring set-up schedule and production needs are achieved. It is expected that there is a commitment for never ending improvements and a positive relationship to fellow employee & leaders, while supporting the Magna Employee's Charter, Core Values and the policies and procedures of MST Inc.

• Follow and enforce all plant safety rules and policies
• Complete set-up responsibility
• Pre-staging of all set-up (tools, dies, conveyors, chutes, clamping required)
• Establish and maintain communication with other employees and support departments
• Initiate and sustain 5s opportunities
• Supply tool room with necessary dies
• Continually organize die storage area
• Promote good housekeeping (5S).
• Perform other duties as required.
