MIG Welder – Manufacturing
Pelham, TN
We are currently hiring experienced MIG Welders for a manufacturing environment. Qualified candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding on manufactured components
- Follow welding specifications, work instructions, and production requirements
- Inspect welds and finished products for quality
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
- Meet established production and quality standards
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to following safety and quality procedures
