• Execute precise welds on flat, vertical, and overhead surfaces to maintain production throughput.
• Configure welding equipment, including gas, voltage, amperage, and wire speed settings for optimal performance.
• Prepare metal components by grinding, filing, or scraping to ensure clean, defect-free surfaces.
• Verify finished work against blueprints and templates to ensure strict adherence to specifications.
• Manage raw materials and finished parts, utilizing material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support continuous improvement and safety goals.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and manufacturing orders.
• Demonstrated ability to use pneumatic tools and precision measuring instruments, including tape measures.
• Strong physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver heavy assemblies.
• Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing or industrial fabrication setting.
