- Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm, plus overtime weekly. Must have experience driving a sit down forklift in a manufacturing setting.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team in Decatur, TN. If you have a passion for logistics and a knack for operating forklifts, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of materials within our facility while maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials to maximize space and safety.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and assist with inventory counts.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate machinery safely.
Valid forklift certification preferred but not required; training can be provided.
