• We're looking for a detail-oriented Crystal Growth Technician to support daily crystal growth operations in a production environment.
• You’ll manage growth runs, process completed boules and documentation, prepare raw materials, and monitor equipment to help ensure consistent, high-quality crystal production.

• Process a minimum of 5 completed boules each morning, including all required paperwork and documentation.
• Perform cold loads, hot loads, and initiate 5 new growth runs or rebuild 2 stations during an 8-hour shift.
• Identify and understand raw material components and assist with powder mixing as needed.
• Operate growth equipment, follow software-controlled growth parameters, and accurately complete required growth documentation.
• Perform daily equipment checks, maintain growth stations and work areas, and prevent potential contaminants such as grog, flaking refractory, or zirconia lid pieces from affecting crystal quality.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, production, laboratory, or technical environment.

• Ability to recognize and communicate/repair any abnormalities during the growth process.
• Ability to determine proper nucleation at the seed before initiating the growth run.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
