* Job Description:

** Ariens Co is seeking a self-starting, motivated Painters to join our team in Fayetteville, TN.
** Starting wage $18 an hour
**** 4-day
**** work schedule Mon.

-Thur. 4:30A-3:00P with OT as needed
******** THE DAY TO DAY...
*** Safe operation of machines and tools
* Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
* Work as part of a team having responsibility for painting outdoor power equipment
* Paint parts in accordance to the specifications
* Handles raw materials and/or parts and places in designated location
* Operates equipment needed to perform the job
* Strict adherence to standard work
* Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
* Completes operator preventative maintenance on equipment
* Ability to problem solve effectively
* Ability to communicate
** THE QUALIFICATIONS...
*** Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day
* Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
* Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
* Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Desire for personal development and growth
* Must complete respirator questionnaire
