Regular Full-Time Greenfield, TN, US

We are seeking qualified individuals for the role of Mold Hanger at our Greenfield, TN plant.

• Set up molds per documented procedures
• Set up workstation per documentation
• Back up on all floor duties
• Process methods and quality improvements / FABW
• Line clear and return to stock of all materials at end of run
• Adhere to schedule
• Write action forms
• Write internal work orders
• Understand company quality policy and general safety rules for all employees
• Other duties as assigned

• Routine lifting of up to 50 pounds
• Required to walk, stand or sit up to 12 hours per day (depending on shift), with 10-minute breaks every two hours
• Good vision is required for visual inspection of material and inventory documents
• Repetitive bending, stooping, or twisting
• Occasional reaching, kneeling

• Basic reading and writing
• Basic math skills – ability to count
• Ability to verbally communicate to many different levels within the organization
