A large, well-established manufacturing plant in eastern Tennessee is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support major initiatives to automate its production lines. This hands-on role plays a key part in modernizing plant operations within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
What you'll do- Work directly with equipment on the production floor to support automation projects
- Apply PLC and HMI expertise to design, program, and maintain automated systems
- Support integration and troubleshooting of robotics used in production lines
- Collaborate with plant teams to improve efficiency and reliability of automated equipment
- BSEE degree or similar
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of robotics
- PLC programming experience
- HMI experience
- Highly competitive salary and benefits package
