Darling Ingredients Inc. is seeking a Production Leadman to oversee the flow of raw materials into finished products at a Tennessee plant. You will ensure equipment remains in good repair, coordinate breakdowns with maintenance, and drive safety and process improvements across shifts.
The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience and 2–3 years in manufacturing, with a high school diploma or GED as a baseline. Labour relations and training experience are a plus.
