Marketing Specialist

Reports To: Director of Engineering and Sales

• Lead and execute company-wide marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and product positioning.
• Support company branding efforts and develop product positioning aligned with customer demand.
• Conduct voice-of-customer research to understand customer needs, competitive positioning, and unmet opportunities.
• Perform industry and market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Partner with the sales team to identify target customers and develop effective sales communications.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage trade shows and events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up activities.
• Create and curate content for social media platforms while monitoring engagement and analytics.
• Support public relations efforts, including media kits, pitches, outreach, and coverage tracking.
• Collaborate on additional marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, content creation, website updates, giveaways, company apparel, and marketing materials inventory.
• Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while meeting deadlines with a high level of accuracy and creativity.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in marketing, strategy, or a related field.
• One or more years of marketing experience within an industrial or consumer product environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools used for creating and publishing advertisements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Self-starter mindset with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
