• Support company branding efforts and develop product positioning aligned with customer demand.
• Conduct voice‑of‑customer research to understand customer needs, competitive positioning, and unmet opportunities.
• Perform industry and market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Partner with the sales team to identify target customers and develop effective sales communications.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage trade shows and events, including logistics, materials, and follow‑up activities.
• Create and curate content for social media platforms while monitoring engagement and analytics.
• Support public relations efforts, including media kits, pitches, outreach, and coverage tracking.
• Collaborate on additional marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, content creation, website updates, giveaways, company apparel, and marketing materials inventory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience within industrial or consumer products environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools used for content creation and advertising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Self‑starter who can manage priorities proactively and handle multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate with external vendors to meet deadlines.
