Brand Ambassador

Lodge Cast Iron is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to represent our heritage American cookware at events, retail locations, and community activations. You will showcase product benefits, host live demos, engage customers, and collect feedback to support marketing and sales goals. Working closely with the marketing team, you'll set up displays, maintain product knowledge, and communicate brand stories that emphasize quality, durability, and craftsmanship.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, comfortable speaking in public, and passionate about cooking, cast iron, and American-made products.

Responsibilities

• Represent Lodge Cast Iron at events, demos, and retail activations
• Set up, maintain, and break down branded displays and demo stations
• Conduct live product demonstrations and basic cooking demos
• Engage, educate, and answer questions from customers and partners
• Communicate Lodge's history, values, and product benefits clearly
• Collect customer feedback and report event insights to marketing
• Support basic sales and sampling activities as needed
• Maintain product knowledge on features, care, and usage
• Adhere to safety, food handling, and brand compliance guidelines
• Coordinate schedules and logistics with the marketing team
