A growing manufacturer within the coatings and industrial products space is seeking a Creator Partnerships & Content Marketing Coordinator to join its marketing team in Holladay, Tennessee.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in creator partnerships, content marketing, social media, and digital media. The role will combine relationship building with content creators and influencers with hands-on support in the company's studio, including helping with filming, content production, and marketing campaigns.
This individual will have direct exposure to marketing initiatives that impact brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue. There is also an opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities over time, including potentially becoming a lead for social listening efforts.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with content creators, influencers, educators, and brand ambassadors.
- Support creator outreach, onboarding, communication, and ongoing relationship management.
- Coordinate product shipments, campaign expectations, timelines, and creator deliverables.
- Help identify creators who align with specific products, campaigns, launches, and educational initiatives.
- Assist with developing creator briefs and campaign materials.
- Support the day-to-day coordination of creator and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Spend a significant amount of time supporting the company's onsite studio and content production efforts.
- Assist with filming, content shoots, studio setup, scheduling, coordination, and other production needs.
- Partner with the marketing team to help create video, social, educational, and promotional content.
- Assist with social media planning, content scheduling, and campaign execution.
- Support email marketing, website updates, product launches, trade shows, educational programs, and other marketing initiatives.
- Monitor creator and social media performance, including engagement, reach, website traffic, and campaign results.
- Help track online conversations, trends, customer feedback, and brand mentions.
- Take on additional social listening responsibilities as the role develops.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Customer Care, Operations, and other internal teams.
- 0-2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, content creation, partnerships, production, or a related area.
- Strong interest in creator marketing, influencer partnerships, social media, and content production.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
- Willing and excited to support both studio production and broader marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within marketing.
- Internship or early-career experience in marketing, social media, influencer marketing, communications, content creation, or video production.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, brand ambassadors, or online communities.
- Experience assisting with photo or video shoots.
- Familiarity with social listening, analytics, CRM systems, project management tools, or marketing platforms.
- Interest in manufacturing, automotive, industrial products, technical products, or related industries.
