Thompson Station Church is seeking an experienced Kids Ministry Leader to provide strategic and organizational leadership for a thriving, growing ministry. This person will build and equip teams of leaders, translate an established ministry vision into effective strategy and execution, and develop systems that can scale with the church’s continued growth. The ideal candidate loves developing leaders who love kids and brings at least four to five years of experience building ministry in a growing environment.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of elementary ministry and potentially expand into broader leadership as the church moves toward multiplication and multisite ministry.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Provide strategic and organizational leadership for the kindergarten through fifth-grade ministry, which currently serves approximately 250–300 children.
* Recruit, develop, equip, and empower volunteer leaders to lead children effectively.
* Build scalable, group-driven systems that support continued growth and ministry multiplication.
* Lead and strengthen ministry environments on Sundays and Wednesdays, along with Vacation Bible School, kids camp, and other family-focused events.
* Translate the church’s established ministry vision into clear strategies, plans, and consistent execution.
* Build strong relationships and communicate clearly and promptly with parents, volunteers, staff, and church leadership.
* Lead and develop the existing kids ministry team while helping shape future staffing needs.
* Prepare the ministry for future growth, including possible oversight of preschool ministry and expansion into a multisite model.### About Thompson Station Church Thompson Station Church is a fast-growing, family-focused church serving the Williamson County community.
