The SBC Executive Committee in Oliver Springs, TN, is seeking a faithful under-shepherd to lead a multigenerational Southern Baptist congregation into its next season of gospel ministry. This full-time pastor will prioritize personal walk with Jesus, equip members for ministry, and shepherd a church of about 100 believers through biblically grounded preaching, discipleship, and community care.
