Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekends

Full-time, 12-hour shifts (36 hours). Excellent benefits, including shift differential weekend rate. Position located in Mountain City, TN.

• Patient Assessment and Monitoring:
  Regularly evaluate patients’ physical and mental health status, including vital signs, behavioral changes, and potential withdrawal symptoms. Observe patient interactions and identify potential issues requiring interventions. Document patient observations and progress in medical records. Rounding to assess compliance of precautions/observations.
• Medication Administration:
  Accurately administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor for potential side effects and adverse reactions to medications.
• Treatment Plan Implementation:
  Participate in development of individualized treatment plans for each patient.

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program and licensed (or license eligible) in the State of Tennessee
• Associate Degree
• Experience with EMR Electronic Medical Record
• Phlebotomy skills
• Knowledge of Mental Health Disorders
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Psychotropic Medications
• Exceptional ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Successful background check, fingerprinting and employment verification required.
