Arcadia Home Care and Staffing - - Responsibilities:
Providing hands-on personal care including baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, changing bed linen, assisting with dressing and undressing, skin care and prevention of skin breakdown, toileting;
Taking and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, pulse oximetry, blood pressure) as ordered;
Performing simple procedures as an extension of nursing services as ordered;
Assisting patients in self-administration of medication;
Reporting changes in patient condition to the assigned nurse or case manager
