) How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks
2) Schedule of assignment hours? M – F, 8am – 5pm? On call every 4 weeks
3) Will this candidate be visiting patients in care facilities or only in patient’s homes? Patient homes and ALF’s
4) Will you want to hire the contractor at the end of the contract or is this truly a contract assignment? True contract assignment
6) What region are you in? Mid Atlantic- SE TN Home health or Hospice? Home Health
7) What’s creating the request? - work load, Fulltime RN reducing to PRN
