• Provide patient-centered care in accordance with unit standards and policies.
• Support the clinical team with daily patient care activities and assist with basic nursing functions as assigned.
• Assist with procedures, monitor patient status, and communicate changes to the nursing team.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity; maintain clean and organized patient areas.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to support care plans.
• Adhere to infection control practices and safety guidelines.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; patient-care-related experience may be preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and support a fast-paced unit.

Preferred:

• Previous patient care or nursing assistant experience in a hospital setting.
• Basic clinical training or certification as applicable to the role.

Work shifts vary by unit and include day and night options.
