Transportation Aide; CNA

Overview

We are looking for a Transportation Aide to transport residents to appointments, community events, and other necessary sites. The candidate will also support floor operations as needed.

• Transport residents to appointments, community events, and other locations as needed.
• Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents.
• Notify families about arrangements regarding appointments.
• Monitor daily documentation and filing.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred, or willingness to complete a state‑approved CNA program and become a Nursing Assistant within six (6) months of hire.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license with no more than three entries.
• Customer service oriented, able to work well under pressure.
