Job Overview

Centurion, provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Tennessee Department of Correction, is seeking a full‑time Charge RN (Registered Nurse) for the Women's Therapeutic Residential Center in Henning, TN. The Charge RN supervises nursing and support staff during the shift, provides direct and indirect nursing care, and works under the Director of Nursing to address patients’ physical and mental health needs.

• Provide supervision of nursing and support staff on assigned shift in a correctional setting.
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify and respond to a wide range of physical and mental health needs.

5:30am – 6pm, three shifts a week, rotating weekends.

• Associate’s degree required.
• Valid RN license in applicable state.
• Current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
• Prior experience providing nursing care with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Experience in a correctional environment preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.

• $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience.
