Join our growing healthcare team providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Tiptonville, Tennessee. We are seekingcompassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionate about improving the health and quality of life of older adults in a collaborative,team-based environment.
Position Highlights:- Full-time and PRNopportunities with flexible scheduling
- Six-hour facility shifts forfull-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
- No call or overnightresponsibilities
- Provide patient-centeredprimary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities
- Conduct daily rounds, manageacute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
- Collaborate with nursingstaff and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPadwith LTE

- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board Certification (ANCC,AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
- Skilled nursing, long-termcare, geriatrics, or post-acute care experience preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
