Weekend RN Supervisor – The Palace Healthcare and Rehab Center
The Palace Healthcare and Rehab Center is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive exceptional person‑centered care.

- Provide shift leadership and oversight of nursing staff to ensure safe, high‑quality resident care.
- Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs with daily assignments, guidance, and problem‑solving.
- Perform resident assessments and respond to changes in condition, incidents, or emergencies.
- Ensure physician orders, care plans, and treatments are carried out appropriately.
- Monitor and ensure accurate, timely documentation in the medical record.
- Administer medications and treatments as needed in accordance with the scope of practice.
- Conduct rounds on residents and staff to monitor care delivery and address concerns.
- Serve as a clinical resource and point of contact for staff, residents, and families during the shift.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
- Address and help resolve resident, family, or staff concerns in a professional manner.
- Step in to provide direct patient care and support the floor as needed.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
- At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long‑Term Care setting is preferred.
