Covenant Living, the nation’s sixth-largest nonprofit senior living provider, is seeking Care Attendants (Non‑Certified) to support residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care facilities. The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, bed making, and maintaining a clean living area.
- Support dietary staff by serving meals in the dining room and ensuring resident attendance.
- Arrange and deliver meal trays for room service as needed, and return trays to the kitchen after meals.
- Provide supplemental nourishment and snacks as required.
- Be cross‑trained to work at all levels of care (AL, SNF, memory care) to meet resident needs.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and genuine care for senior adults.
Pay Range: $14.44 – $18.80 per hour. Rate determined by qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and internal equity.
