Job Summary

Tri Star Century Farms ER invites you to join our emergency department as a Registered Nurse. You will deliver high‐quality, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced environment, using nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” Your role includes assessing pain, performing procedures, documenting care, responding promptly to patient requests, and educating patients and families about medical conditions and self‑management.

• Coordinate and deliver evidence‑based care in collaboration with the medical team.
• Advocate for patients, families, and caregivers while modeling the organization’s vision and values.
• Assess patient pain regularly and promote effective pain management.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by providers.
• Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve problems proactively.
• Teach patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatments, medications, and follow‑up measures, translating complex terminology into understandable information.
• Prepare patients and caregivers for future self‑management and lifestyle changes.

• 1+ year of ER experience.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Associate Degree in nursing.
