Overview

Northwest Correctional Complex, Tiptonville, Tennessee — PRN Registered Nurse (RN). The RN provides holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient.

Pay is $41 per hour plus appropriate differential.

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients in a correctional setting.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess and respond to patient needs.
• Act within the scope of practice and under supervision as required by the Director of Nursing or Nursing Supervisor.

• Tennessee RN license or ability to obtain license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Corrections experience is not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.
