Rival is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home patient care in the Afton, TN area. This 1099 contract role involves providing care according to a physician plan with 8 hours weekly, weekends, and flexible scheduling coordinated directly with the patient.
The RN will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and physicians, performing duties in the patient’s home and ensuring quality, person-centered care. Background check is required.
