Always Compassionate Health is seeking an experienced Infusion Homecare RN to provide weekly 1:1 IVIG infusion services in patients' homes within lower Putnam County. The RN will collaborate with the Infusion Intake Team to ensure seamless initiation of infusion care and will supervise nursing staff on-site as needed.
Requirements include NYS RN license, at least 3 years of home care or infusion experience, and proficiency with PIV/PICC/port access. BLS is required; ACLS preferred.
