Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for overall coordination and delivery of resident care, leading the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered services in our skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Complete comprehensive and focused assessments and develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
  • Provide and oversee direct nursing care, including treatments, medication administration, and clinical interventions.
  • Lead and support LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs, ensuring safe delegation and follow-through.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services, and other disciplines to coordinate resident care and discharge planning.
  • Communicate with residents and families regarding care plans, changes in condition, and education needs.
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Tennessee.
Long-term Care/skilled Nursing Experience Preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a team in a fast-paced setting.
