Job Title & Location
Registered Nurse – Woodbury, TN
Responsibilities- Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals in a community or small facility setting.
- Work closely with health professionals/providers to address the health needs of persons served.
- Ensure ordering, reviewing, and monitoring of medications as prescribed by the physician.
- Document individual health status in nurse’s notes and complete nursing documents as required.
- Direct and supervise the activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses as needed.
- Provide new employee training and annual recertification for health and safety topics.
Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. On-site work location. Shift requirements may include a possible on‑call schedule.
Education & LicensesTN RN License or compact license required.
BenefitsBenefits are available to full‑time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
