Signature HealthCARE of Ridgely Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, perform wound care, and support the interdisciplinary team.
The role includes supervising nursing assistants, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating admissions, and participating in quality assurance. A current TN LPN license, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of clinical experience are required or preferred.
