Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN

We are seeking a Support Nurse (LPN) to provide direct resident care and short-term clinical support across assisted living communities.

In this role, you will

• deliver hands-on nursing services,
• supervise caregiving staff,
• assist with assessments, and
• administer medications according to physician orders.

You will support a home-like, person-centered environment
, ensuring residents' physical, psychological, and social needs are met, while maintaining compliance with regulations and policies.

• Current LPN or RN licensure
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and effective communication skills
• Ability to supervise staff and work collaboratively
