Elite Care Specialist (LPN)

Position Overview As an Elite Care Specialist at Matriarch, you will provide high-quality, individualized nursing care in patients' homes while supporting both pediatric and adult clients with complex medical needs. This role is ideal for a compassionate, adaptable nurse who values patient-centered care and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and families.
Schedule Open Shifts Available Monday-Sunday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PMFull-Time Weekday Opportunities Part-Time Weekend Opportunities Consistent daytime schedule

Required Clinical Skills The ideal nurse demonstrates confidence with:
Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) care Tracheostomy care Ventilator management
Pediatric patient care Adult patient care Medication administration and monitoring
Training and certifications will be provided upon hire as needed.

Qualifications
Active Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
