Responsibilities
Med Surg RNs provide bedside care for diverse patients and develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments. They prepare equipment, assist physicians during examinations and treatments, and execute key tasks such as preparing, administering, and documenting prescribed medications. They also respond to adverse symptoms with appropriate interventions, change dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IVs as needed.

Qualifications & Skills- Current nursing license and relevant experience in Med Surg
- Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
- Ability to perform procedures such as dressing changes, catheter insertions, and IV starts
- Attention to detail and critical thinking
