Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse - Triage to triage all patient and facility calls after hours and facilitate new and existing referrals from in and out of system for home health and hospice. You will collaborate with physicians, schedule admissions and visits, support field staff, monitor telehealth, and educate referral sources, patients, and families.
A nursing degree and RN license are required, with multi-state licensure and CPR certification preferred.
